This elevator is equipped with an over speed valve that in not sealed. A category 5 test shall be performed on the over speed valve on or before the next annual inspection. The valve shall be sealed and tagged after the category 5 test.

The temporary jumper in the controller shall be removed or made permanent if a motor thermal overload has not been provided. This temporary jumper is marked for "pump motor thermal overload". The elevator has a working motor overload in the solid state starter.
