This elevator is equipped with an over speed valve that in not sealed. A category 5 test shall be performed on the over speed valve in 2021 or 2022. The valve shall be sealed and tagged after the category 5 test.

Low pressure switch shall be provided in the lines between the cylinder and the valve, which shall be activated by the loss of positive pressure at the top of the cylinder. The low pressure switch does not work.
