(3) Testing Procedures (Re-Inspect)

Problems were encountered during the inspection and the elevator quit running. The following testing items still need to be witnessed to complete the annual inspection and category 5 test: Slide measurement shall be obtained, the pressure switch shall be tested, low oil switch shall be tested, Phase 1 & 2 fire service shall be tested, emergency phone & lighting shall be tested, and door closing force shall be tested.
