Clearance are incorrect around rear and side of platform. The running clearance between the side and rear platform wall and the hoistway shall be no less than 2" or greater than 3".

Lighting inside hoistway should be a minimum of 5 ft candles. The light goes off & on while riding in it, light should remain on while lift is running.

The running clearance between the entrance and exit sides of the platform and the interior of the runway enclosures shall not be less 3/8" nor more than 3/4".
