This elevator has been placed into inactive status, effective for 2 years. The conditions required by A17.1-2016, 8.11.1.4(a) have been met. Elevator is positioned at rest at the bottom of the hoistway, doors are closed and locked, fuses removed, and elevator red tagged and locked out.

Attempted an inspection to put elevator into inactive status. Could not land car on the buffers. Fuses must be removed as well. Re-Inspection required to allow unit to be placed into inactive status.
