Auxiliary battery lowering device (emergency rescue unit) does not work. Also, the auxiliary contacts are missing from inside the mainline disconnect switch. The auxiliary contacts are needed to prevent the elevator mainline disconnect from activating the auxiliary lowering device during maintenance and repair visits. Re-inspection required mainline disconnect switch
