8.6.5.8 - Based on the installation date of 1961, the hydraulic cylinder is assumed to be of the single bottom type. If proof of a safety bulkhead cannot be verified, then the installation shall be altered to meet the requirements of A17.1 2016 - Sections 8.6.5.8, 8.6.3.10, 8.7.3.23.1, and 3.18.3.4
