8.6.5.16.5 Over Speed Valve Testing

This elevator is equipped with an over speed valve that in not sealed. A category 5 test shall be performed on the over speed valve on or before the next annual inspection. The valve shall be sealed and tagged after the category 5 test.

Two-way communication device shall work properly. Getting the error message "call cannot be completed as dialed", and volume is extremely low.
