The brake is saturated in oil and a 2nd crew is needed to safely complete the inspection. Pullout and pull through has been tested, but remainder of weight portion still needs to be completed. Unit left out of service.

Unit has been re-inspect and passed weight portion of the testing, however there is oil leaking onto the brake pads and the pads are nearing the end of their useful life. Correct source of oil leak and monitor the brake pads.
