The testing could not be completed on the elevator at this time. This elevator was placed on the “inactive” status in 2020, this “inactive” status was only authorized for 2 years. The elevator shall be returned to service or the elevator shall be decommissioned according to the State of Missouri requirements. Currently the power is disconnected and only a machine room inspection could be performed.

There are a number of machine room lighting fixtures that are not operational on the day of inspection. Repair lighting for proper illumination for maintenance and emergency personnel.
