Category 5 full load test was never completed from 12/21/23. Need to perform the following tests to complete CAt 5 full load test: Test drive machine brake with 125% of rated load, perform unintended movement test with 125% of rated load, test car safeties with rated load at rated speed, test car buffer at rated speed with rated load, test counterweight buffer at rated speed. Re-inspection required
