There is no code data plate found on the equipment to indicate the code and edition that the elevator was altered to, as used for all inspections. Provide a proper plate on the front of the controller or mainline disconnect. With the alteration of the driving machine, it shall state the specific devices that were altered and which code it should be referenced for inspection purposes.
