There are many wire runs unrelated to the elevator in the hoistway which are not enclosed and not properly supported. Some are in the path of the hoistway doors, and in one case, the wire is crossing the face of the elevator guide rail. These shall be removed. Elevator Red Tagged

Fire service operation shall work as required. Fire service was tested several times and failed in multiple ways such as traveling to incorrect floors, moving in the wrong direction before reversing and arriving at the egress floor, and going into phase two hold operation before recalling on phase one. It failed consistently every time it was tested but was inconsistent in the way it failed. This shall be corrected. Elevator Red Tagged.
