2.2.2.5 Sump pump shall be provided
|
|
|
GFCI pit receptacle required excluding sump-pump receptacle. A single receptacle shall be used for the sump pump. GFCI shall not be used for the sump pump. When the GFCI disconnects power you don't want the sump pump to stop working. The GFCI must remain in pit a single receptacle shall be added. 15 inches of water in pit.
