There are no smoke or heat detectors present except 1 smoke detector in the machine room. The device is the machine room is not tied into the elevator. Based on the installation year of 2009, fire alarm initiating devices shall be provided to initiate Phase 1 Emergency recall operation and shall be installed in conformance with the requirements of NFPA 72.
