This unit last had an annual inspection in 2018. Pursuant to 11 CSR-40-5.090 Inspections and Testing/8.11.1.4(a) This unit is placed in INACTIVE status with the State of Missouri. It shall remain with REDTAG and LOCKOUT/TAGOUT procedures in place for not more then 2 years, at which time the unit will be placed into OUT OF SERVICE status according to procedures outlined in 11 CSR-40-5.090 Inspection and Testing/8.11.1.4(b)(1), at which time it will need to be properly decommissioned with an inspection to verify. If the unit is repaired within the 2 year INACTIVE period, a REDTAG removal inspection and 5-year inspection must be performed before unit can be returned to IN-SERVICE status and used for conveyance of passengers.
