The testing has not been completed on the vertical platform lift at this time. The lift was not operating and an operational test shall be performed before the inspection is completed. Furthermore, this vertical platform lift does not have a current operating certificate due to non-payment of an invoice for 2024. Please contact the State of Missouri Department of Fire Safety Elevator Division at elevator@dfs.dps.mo.gov to resolve the issue. As required by the State of Missouri, a current operating certificate is required for a unit to be compliant for operation.
