1) If the runway enclosure consists of transparent walls, is exposed to direct sunlight, and is enclosed with a solid roof, forced ventilation shall be provided. The knob on the ventilation system is broke and it could not be determined if system is functioning. This issue needs to be addressed, so as no one is trapped in runway, like a child in a car with the windows rolled up. 30 days to verify ventilation or unit will be shut off.
