The elevator went down during the annual inspection and category 5 test. The following testing items still need to be completed: 1. Door pressure., 2. Inspection of top of car., 3. Inspection of pit., 4. Fire service., 5. Emergency power test., 6. Complete entire category 5 test.

In 2023 this elevator inspection was stopped due to a mechanical failure. Almost all of the annual inspection and the complete category 5 test still needed to be completed. The annual was completed 5/28/24 except for fire service and emergency power testing but the category 5 test has not been completed to date. A category 5 test need to be performed and witnessed in its entirety.
