Unit is not working properly at the time of inspection. Main power disconnect switch was padlocked out, gate operator mechanism was taken apart. Last successful inspection of lift was in 2024. Unit shall be repaired and returned to service, or placed into INACTIVE status for no more than 2 years, then returned to service, or placed into OUT OF SERVICE status permanently or be remove with an out of service inspection to verify removal was performed.
