An ABC fire extinguisher with a current test tag shall be mounted in the machine room located convenient to the access door. The fire extinguisher test tag is expired.

A current MO State operating certificate shall be posted in the elevator equipment room, in a noncombustible frame with a clear protective vision plate over it.
