The piping used for the sump pump in the pit has been removed due to vandalism. The piping shall be repaired to remove water that accumulates in the pit.

This elevator has an overspeed valve device installed that is not sealed and is now required to have a 5 year full load test performed. This requirement is due to the State of Missouri adopting the A17.1 2016 version of the elevator safety code. Overspeed valve shall be tested on or before the next annual inspection.
