This elevator is required to have a Category 5 weight test performed. The last confirmed weight test performed on this elevator was in 2014. The weight test shall be performed, and safeties set with a rated load.

The elevator control valve has a permanently mounted pressure gauge. The pressure gauge shall be removed and a quick disconnect fitting shall be installed to allow the control/relief valve to be tested with a properly certified pressure gauge in accordance with A17.1 2004a 3.19.4.5
