All rest required by A17.1 2005 8.11.2 shall be completed. Note: This testing is incomplete. On 10/4/2023 the hoistway was run and the elevator was able to safely lower and hold 125%. All other test have yet to be completed. Neither an annual or a category 5 test were actually completed. In the course of testing a cable came off of a sheave, so the test had to be halted until repairs can be made.

Permanently installed electric lighting shall be provided in all machinery spaces, machine rooms, control spaces, and control rooms. The illumination shall be not less than 200 lx (19 fc) at the floor level. Note: The lighting fixture in front of the machine room closet door isn't working and shall be repaired or replaced.
