Unusual testing procedures not outlined in A17.2 shall be present and accessible according to this code section. These include but not limited to procedures for tests, periodic inspections, maintenance, replacements, adjustments, and repairs for traction-loss detection means, broken- suspension-member detection means, residual-strength detection means, and related circuits. These procedures would have had to be present for previous inspections to have been performed but are not located at this facility currently.
