Safeties are stopping the car with its rated load immediately after leaving the floor. Proper stopping distance is not being achieved. Car has been RED TAGGED and remove rom service until repaired and reinspected.

This elevator has a backup emergency generator power that is used in case of a power outage. This system shall be scheduled to be tested and a reinspection is required. This requirement is due to the State of Missouri adopting the A17.1 2016 version of the elevator safety code. Reinspection required.

Permanent means of air temperature control are inoperable and shall be repaired in order to ensure proper functioning of elevator equipment. Due to this unit being a Machine-room-less elevator, this also includes the vestibule at the top landing.
