Operation of elevators equipped with standby or emergency power shall be tested to determine conformance with the applicable requirements. Tests shall be performed with no load in the car.

The elevator ADA telephone inside the elevator is not connecting to a 24hr monitoring service. Correct the programming of this phone to be answered by a monitoring service that is capable of notifying the proper personnel. Reinspection is required.
