The top and bottom of horizontally sliding doors shall be provided with a means of retaining the closed door panel in position if the primary guiding means fail. Note: The hoistway door safety retainers are missing from the bottom of the door panel and shall be installed.

A current MO State operating certificate shall be posted in the elevator equipment room, in a noncombustible frame with a clear protective vision plate over it.
