Per State of Missouri Memorandum 002 - All documents such as an MCP, testing logs, and wiring diagrams shall not be stored on the top of the elevator. Documents shall be kept on site, but shall not be stored in the hoistway, pit, or car top.

A code compliant MCP and all the on-site documentation required by A17.1 2016 - 8.6.1.2.2 and 8.6.1.4 shall be provided in the machine room. Fire service testing log, evacuation procedures, and maintenance records are missing.
