This elevator has an overspeed valve device installed and is now required to have a 5 year full load test performed. This requirement is due to the State of Missouri adopting the A17.1 2016 version of the elevator safety code. Overspeed valve shall be tested and a reinspection is required.

The Category 5 testing has not been completed on the elevator at this time. The weight test shall be performed, and overspeed valve set before the inspection is completed.
