Compliant/required documentation shall be kept in the equipment room (neat/organized) including MCP, wiring diagrams, PM log, callback log, oil log, and evacuation procedures. Fire service log to be recorded monthly. Note: Documents last updated 11/2021 and oil and fire service log are blank.
