The elevator ADA telephone inside the elevator is not working properly. Check and repair the phone line of this phone for proper operation and passenger safety. This violation has not been corrected and is documented that the phone has not worked since 2020. This unit is red tagged and placed out off service until the phone is repaired with a reinspection required before the elevator shall be returned to service.
