A code compliant MCP and all the on-site documentation required by A17.1 2016 - 8.6.1.2.2 and 8.6.1.4 shall be provided. No MCP has been provided. This unit is an MRL, so the location of the MCP shall be permanently marked on the means to test, and available to all elevator personnel.

A current MO State operating certificate shall be posted in the elevator equipment room, in a noncombustible frame with a clear protective vision plate over it. There is no state operating certificate. Since this unit is an MRL, the certificate could be located with the MCP and the location indicated on the means to test.
