The belts on the hydraulic pump motor are loose and slip tension under higher pressure. Tighten belts for a smooth operation of pump to motor.

Pit had 9 inches of water/oil mixture, has possible black mold. Abate mold and clean pit. Recommend removing any rust on equipment after cleaning and applying inhibitor to prevent additional damage.
