At this time, controller doors have been opened and temporary HVAC has been installed in front of the controller allowing exposed wiring to be accessible to damage.

This system shall be scheduled to be tested and a reinspection is required. This requirement is due to the State of Missouri adopting the A17.1 2016 version of the elevator safety code.
