The elevator pit has been flooded recently and the final limit switch in the elevator pit failed to operate. Repair or replace the final limit switch before the elevator can be returned to service.

Upon review of this unit and with consulting with the State of Missouri Division of Fire Safety Elevator Safety, it has been determined that this unit is not a platform lift but is in fact a Residential Elevator in Commercial Use. With this being determined, this elevator shall conform to all the requirements associated to such said designation.
