A fire sprinkler discharge head has been added to the elevator machine room. A shunt trip disconnect shall now be added which shall be electrically tied into a heat detector to remove power from the elevator before the application of water per the requirements of NFPA 13, NFPA 72, and NFPA 70. Reinspection and testing will be required. Note RD that A17.1 2016 was not an option in the drop down box.
