2) All electrical wiring in the hoistway shall be enclosed in metal conduit, flexible conduit or metal raceway or be in compliance with NFPA 70, National Electric Code. Flexible conduit on cartop has been pulled out of door operator exposing wires.

1) The key switches required by 211.2 through 211.5 for all elevators in a building shall be operable by the same key. All keys in this building shall be FEO-K1 key. Ref: 211.8
