The fireman's emergency service phase I and II operations was tested and the following deficiency was noted:The smoke sensors are not hooked up to the elevator controllers for phase I recall operation. The building is unoccupied and under revitalization with an upgraded fire alarm panel. Reinspection is required.

The cab ceiling is of the open, which does not provide protection from the light bulbs should they shatter. The lights shall be guarded by plastic sleeve or some other means to properly protect passengers.
