A17.1 – 2016 8.6.1.4.1 On-Site Maintenance Records 8.6.1.4.2 Callbacks (Trouble Calls). A record of callbacks shall be maintained and shall include the description of reported trouble, dates, time, and corrective action(s) taken that are reported by any means to elevator personnel. PROVIDE CALLBACK LOG.
