The counterweight is touching the spring buffer before the elevator travels to the final limit switch. The hoist ropes shall be shortened to provide a minimum runby of 6 inches. Reinspection is required.

This elevator has a backup emergency generator power that is used in case of a power outage. This system shall be scheduled to be tested and a reinspection is required. This requirement is due to the State of Missouri adopting the A17.1 2016 version of the elevator safety code. Reinspection required.
