The car door restrictor device shall be adjusted so that it will properly catch and restrict opening of the car doors to a maximum of 4 inches when the car is away from the landing zone. Reinspection is required.

The counterweight is close to touching the spring buffer when the elevator travels to the top floor. The hoist ropes shall be shortened to provide a minimum run-by of 6 inches. Reinspection required in 30 days.
