Phase 2 fire service does not work correctly. When at alternate landing and Phase 2 switch is moved from On to Hold, door closes and reverts back to Phase 1. Did not red tag. Reinspect within 30 days.

The sump pump hole in the pit shall be provided with a noncombustible cover that is flush with the pit floor. The current cover provided shall be modified to to cover sump hole.
