Reinspection to detrmine oil loss car was set up at 2:30 pm Monday afternoon with a full load on it. Went back Tuesday morning 7:30 am. Car moved approximately one and a half inches. No indication of oil loss. Elevator maintenance company will have to find where oil loss is going and correct it. 30 days maximum or unit will be red tagged out of service.

MCP indicates excessive oil loss with no recovery. Oil is just being added with standing test passed oil loss has to be corrected. Reinspection item 30 day maximum. If reinspection indicates no corrections have been made 31+ days of the inspection, unit will be red tagged/out of service/
