MO Minimum : Elevators 11 CSR 40-5.090 Inspection and Testing 8.6.5.16.5 Over Speed Valve Testing (Re-Inspect) x This unit is equipped with an unsealed overspeed valve and shall be tested with the rated load. This valve may have been installed 9/22 when an alteration (new pumping unit) was installed and inspected by St. Louis County. It is not sealed or tagged, and the adjustment locknut has not been locked down. The on-site MCP was just put in the machine room the day of the inspection, so there is no record of the OSV ever being tested. 11/18/2024
