This elevator is equipped with an unsealed overspeed valve. A category 5 test shall be performed and witnessed in 2022. The valve shall be tagged and sealed after the category 5 test.

This elevator is equipped with an over speed valve that in not sealed. A category 5 test shall be performed on the over speed valve in 2021 or 2022. The valve shall be sealed and tagged after the category 5 test.
