This elevator is equipped with an over speed valve that in not sealed. A category 5 test shall be performed on the over speed valve in 2021 or 2022. The valve shall be sealed and tagged after the category 5 test.

The tactile elevator signage shall correctly identify the correct egress floor for Fire Service. The main landing shall be labeled as the egress floor and the lower landing shall be only labeled as the lower landing only and not the egress floor.
