The elevator ADA telephone inside the elevator is not operating correctly or the telephone is not being monitored 24/7. There were no personnel able to answer the ADA telephone inside the elevator within the allotted time. Check and repair the programming of this phone for proper operation and passenger safety. Reinspection required.
