Car gate and hoistway doors, as well as governor pullout/pullthru, and governor switch and jaw were the only tests witnessed on 2/21/2020. All other tests required by MO CSR 40-5.090 have yet to be performed and shall be rescheduled to complete category 5 test and periodic inspection. Other deficiencies may be noted after testing is complete.
