Up-to-date wiring diagrams shall be provided and permanently kept in the machine room. The diagrams in the machine room are not correct for the controller and are illegible.

A code compliant MCP and all the on-site documentation required by A17.1 2016 - 8.6.1.2.2 and 8.6.1.4 shall be provided in the machine room. Currently an oil log, and in incorrect illegible copy of schematics are present.
